Fire Cider

This is my newest batch which is all the usual goodness + hibiscus roselles which lend their beautiful color, sweetness, antioxidants and minerals. 

Fire Cider is one of your go-to cold and flu remedies. It's warming and spicy, pungent and effective. 

Its a traditional oxymel- an infused apple cider vinegar and honey tonic. 

Take it at the onset of coming down with something, when everyone around you is sick or to help yourself feel better faster.

Sip straight, add to juice of choice, use as a marinade or mocktail.

It's truly a gem to have in the cabinet for the cold and virus season.
